In case you are new here, we are Top Hat fanatics. This is our latest and we are super excited. This exaggerated vintage crown is so fabulous on our stingy brim. Shown in alabaster with with black piping and trim. The final touch is a long pheasant tail which sweeps around the crown. Hat comes with a silk liner and a hatbox.
