Ok, lets say right out of the gate that we LOVE this Top Hat. First, the turquoise ombre` dye, second those pheasant curls and peacock feathers mixed with tulle and camel leather piping. The color combo makes this hat both dressy if needed, but can also hang out in jeans and sandals. Another step in our ongoing goal to bring back the Top Hat.
